Latour Plumbing and Construction started with little more than a master plumbing license, and pure determination. After spending years honing his trade at a local plumbing and appliance company—starting from the ground up at just 15 years old—Ryan made the leap alongside his wife, Sarah, to launch LPC in 2023. Driven by the goal to build something lasting and provide for their then-three young children, they set out to establish a business rooted in quality craftsmanship, a family atmosphere and absolute dependability.

Today, Ryan and Sarah have grown the company into a thriving team of over 35 employees and a fleet of 15+ trucks on the road daily. LPC is now trusted as the primary contractor for 5 major appliance retailers including Best Buy, Costco and Lowe's, while partnering extensively with local builders, realtors, and water filtration specialists to deliver full-scope residential plumbing service.

Even through rapid growth in the company and expanding their own family from three kids to five, the heart of LPC remains the same: a family-owned business built on hard work, expert skill, and an unwavering commitment to doing the job right.
